An exciting opportunity has arisen to work with The Managing Emotions Programme (MEP).

We are looking for a Band 3 Administrator, to support the delivery of our courses for people struggling with emotional intensity.

The Managing Emotions Programme (MEP) is part of a tiered programme for people with emotional intensity, possibly with traits, or a diagnosis, of Personality Disorder (PD) and their carers.

This is part of the wider NHS Transformation aiming to embed mental health interventions within primary care.

The aim of the Managing Emotions Programme is to improve access to psycho-education for people with emotional intensity by providing informative and empowering courses.

Our courses are facilitated by our co-designed team; comprised of people with mental health difficulties and those with clinical qualifications and are facilitated online and in face-to-face venues.

The successful applicant will have excellent communication and personal organisation skills, a strong sense of compassion and empathy for people with mental health difficulties and the ability to work flexibly and in a responsive way.
