Salary £41,496-£46,549 per annum | Permanent, Full Time, 37 hours per week | County Hall, Preston |


Are you an experienced property asset manager with an excellent understanding of managing a property portfolio to enable public sector service delivery? If so, we can offer you an exceptionally interesting and varied workload, through which you will have opportunity to become involved in identifying and delivering corporate, service, and partner requirements and projects across the fourth largest county council in the country.


As Property Asset Officer you will be an outstanding individual who will play a key role in ensuring that Lancashire County Council's land and buildings continue to meet requirements for service delivery during ongoing and significant organisational change and financial challenge.


Highly developed critical thinking skills are required, alongside innovative problem-solving skills and experience of successfully managing complex issues and requirements.

You will have the skills to work as part of and contribute to our high performing team to meet challenging goals.


With a proven history of effective partnership working, you will have the ability, expertise and confidence to both work collaboratively with, and support and challenge internal and external stakeholders and partners, including a wide range of professionals and senior managers.


As well as your strong knowledge and understanding of strategic premises issues and proven project and change management skills, you will be a passionate, driven individual with a record of achieving results against targets.
