Integrated Research

  • We focus on listening to the customer and patient voice in multicountry studies for international pharmaceutical companies. Our team focuses on exploring and measuring what Health Care Professionals and patients say and do using different behavioural frameworks to deliver actionable insights and clear answers to our clients' business questions. We typically use IQVIA data to contextualise our research and collaborate with other IQVIA teams to provide our clients with comprehensive solutions to their business issues._

The Role


In this role, you'll be providing in-depth behavioural science expertise and ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery of projects with high client satisfaction.

We need insightful, detail-oriented people that can provide behavioural science expertise, identify and elevate new business opportunities and assist in sales, so we can work with our clients to make a difference in the life science industry.


What You'll Be Doing

  • Feeding deep behavioural science expertise into the design, analysis and delivery of projects with HCPs and patients, recommending improvements and alternative solutions to existing methods used
  • Reviewing and analysing client issues and performing qualitative and quantitative analysis to develop solutions which will drive behaviour change
  • Leading project management; incorporating behavioural science approaches and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction
  • Developing and presenting detailed documentation, client reports and presentations, and providing client followups which incorporate behavioural science and translate complex behavioural theory into understandable and actionable outputs
  • Developing your knowledge of consulting methodologies, the life sciences market, and Centre of Excellencespecific expertise through onthejob experience and training
  • Managing timelines and daytoday communication with the client and your team members

Who You Are

  • Demonstrable health and behavioural science research experience
  • Project management experience with clientinfluencing and relationshipbuilding skills and ability to work across multiple, different projects and opportunities with competing demands
  • Experienced in developing relationships with senior roles at our client organisations
  • Knowledgeable of developments in the life science industry
  • Excellent communication skills
