Administration Assistant / Administrator

The Best Connection are looking for
Administration Assistant to join our well established client in Rugeley


Due to projected growth in 2023, we are looking for an Administration Assistant to join our Administration and Planning team.


The core areas of work are:

  • Dealing with customer enquiries
  • Processing Sales and Purchase orders.
  • Processing Delivery notes and Receipting goods.
  • Scheduling internal work orders.


In carrying out the role you will be required to liaise with other members of our team, our customers, our suppliers and third parties.

In addition to the core areas described the role also covers general administration tasks.


Required Skills:


  • High Standard of IT Skills
  • Good command of English
  • Attention to detail
  • Knowledge and good ability of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc)
  • Excellent organisational skills and timekeeping
  • A positive and enthusiastic attitude to work
  • Ability to communicate successfully and work effectively with other team members
  • Experience of ERP/MRP systems beneficial, though training will be provided.
  • Job Types: Fulltime, Permanent

Salary
:
£9.50-£11.50
per hour


Schedule
:
Monday to Friday 07:30 - 16:30
