Premiserv is an ISO UKAS Accredited Commercial Cleaning Company based in Greater Manchester.
We have an amazing opportunity and are recruiting an Immediate start - Caretaker for our client in Wigan (WN2).


This is a permanent position

Responsibilities:


  • Planning and implementation of site projects.
  • Staff supervision.
  • Basic building maintenance.
  • Good awareness of Health & Safety procedures.
  • Have the ability to use own initiative and problem solve independently.
  • Deep cleaning in summer.

Our requirements:

  • Must have the Right to Work in the UK
  • Must have a valid Enhanced DBS
  • Must have previous School Caretaker experience of at least 1 year including DIY/Maintenance/Key responsibility/Fire Alarm testing
  • Must be pro active, friendly, hard working and be able to start immediately

Daily shifts:
Split shifts Monday - Friday 6.00am-10.00am and 15:00pm


Annual salary:
£21,840
