Full time, 37.5 hours per week

Paid Weekly - £10.50/hr

~ 3 months duration with temp to perm opportunity

Hybrid - Circa 2-4 weeks training in office, then home based.
Are you someone that can excel in a fast paced environment where the goal is to really support customers rather than make sales? Love being on the phone with customers but hate to cold call?

Role Responsibilities:

Communicate directly with customers to capture information, understanding their requirements and resolve their immediate situation
Follow company structure throughout all calls
Liaise with business partners to resolve the customers situation, potentially working with external suppliers and companies
Build rapport with customers to ensure needs are met
Speak with a wide range of the public in a friendly, clear and engaging way
A background in delivering exceptional customer service standards in a sales or service driven environment
Possess a positive attitude to working as part of a team and on your own initiative
Motivated to achieve service targets and goals, possess a 'cando' attitude, and have an open mind to learn from the best in the business
Typical working hours are 09:00am5:30pm, however the departments opening hours are 8am8pm including Saturdays so some flexibility will be needed.

Department is open 8AM>6PM, ideally you would work 8:30>5 or 9>5:30 during your temp time. Once made permanent you would normally work 8:30>5pm, with some 8-4:30 and some some 9:30>6pm. You would also need to cover a 9-1 on Saturdays around once every 6 weeks.
