A Contract Support/ Helpdesk Operator position has arisen in a Global Property Management Firm located in over 40 locations across the world boasting and annual turnover of C£1.4bn.


The Role:


You will be responsible for logging faults, and subsequently arranging for service engineers and sub-contractors to carry out planned and reactive maintenance of electrical & mechanical building services.

you will also be responsible for ensuring compliance levels are met & clients receive a timely and professional service, chasing up P/O,s and managing agreed SLA,s.

This is a part hybrid role working Tues/Weds/Thurs in our Leeds based Office - Mon / Fri home based working a 40 hour week 8-5pm.


The Person:
You will be highly organised, process oriented and have the ability to work well under pressure. Experience in an FM or M&E environment is an advantage but not essential. You will be confident and have the ability to speak to people on different levels.

Salary £27,000
25 Days holiday plus Bank holidays
3%/5% Pension

£26,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
