A leading Practice with a formidable reputation within Corporate Finance is looking for a Manager to join their Transaction Advisory Team.

You will be joining a large team working on a diverse range of projects and will be expected to have the ability to work independently bringing a positive impact with Clients and Colleagues.

Skills and Responsibilities include

Qualified ACA or equivalent with strong academics
Business Development building personal network
Resolves and identifies risk management issues and applies knowledge to manage site issues
Capable of writing high quality, professionally presented reports, requiring mínimal input from an associate directors.
Reviews executives output, ensuring key issues are communicated effectively
Due Dilligence
Excellent Modelling Skills
