In order to support the growing business, IBP are looking for a SHEQ Administrator to be part of the Safety, Health, Environment and Quality (SHEQ) Support Team.
What will your key responsibilities be?
- Monitoring and responding from Shared Mailbox
- Collating data on a monthly basis from external party's
- Support SHEQ Advisors with Administrative tasks
- Preparing Memos and alert
- Collating training registers
- Maintaining the shared file structure
- Taking meeting minutes and logging actions
- Adhoc administrative tasks
What competencies are we looking for?
- Awareness of customer's satisfaction for both internal and external sources.
- Excellent computer skills including strong understanding of word & Excel.
- Outstanding attention to detail
- Good interpersonal skills
- Selfmotivated, result driven and thrives in a busy working environment
