In order to support the growing business, IBP are looking for a SHEQ Administrator to be part of the Safety, Health, Environment and Quality (SHEQ) Support Team.

The role will report into the SHEQ Manager and will be based in the office in Bristol.


What will your key responsibilities be?

  • Monitoring and responding from Shared Mailbox
  • Collating data on a monthly basis from external party's
  • Support SHEQ Advisors with Administrative tasks
  • Preparing Memos and alert
  • Collating training registers
  • Maintaining the shared file structure
  • Taking meeting minutes and logging actions
  • Adhoc administrative tasks

What competencies are we looking for?

  • Awareness of customer's satisfaction for both internal and external sources.
  • Excellent computer skills including strong understanding of word & Excel.
  • Outstanding attention to detail
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Selfmotivated, result driven and thrives in a busy working environment
