We currently have an opportunity for a Risk Manager - Wholesale and Retail Risk Projects and Change to join our team in Milton Keynes.
Working as part of the Wholesale and Retail Risk Change Team, the resource is required to provide the skills needed to assist with the enablement and business continuity for the different teams within Wholesale and Retail Risk with respect to a portfolio of funded programs and change initiatives.
The wider stakeholder group will include Retail businesses, Treasury, Finance, IT, Operations and Data teams. This role will also interact with representatives from Santander Group in Spain.
This is a great opportunity for a business (Risk/Finance) focussed Change Manager or business SME with an interest in data and technology driven change to be part of several key strategic transformation programs in this space.
The difference you'll make.
- Planning, Managing and coordinating Data related initiatives across both domain
- Facilitating and performing test plans for local IT implementations which dovetail neatly into a sign off and subsequent transition from Project into BAU.
- Performing UAT in the form of impact assessments around all process and system changes.
- Ensuring effective handover of project related operating models into BAU which includes detailed documentation of new business processes
What you'll bring.
- Proven Project management skills and the ability to reprioritize quickly depending on the needs of the program. Ideally with experience of data related deliveries.
It would also be nice for you to have.
- Previous experience in implementing cloudbased solutions from a business perspective.
- Good general understanding of a bank's core processes withing Risk and finance.
- Ability to analyze and manipulate large quantities of data
What else you need to know.
This role will be based in Milton Keynes and the team operate on a hybrid basis with 2 days per week in Milton Keynes.
