Howard Lee is an Engineering Merchants, catering to multiple industries. We are looking for people that want to join a dynamic, fast paced sales team.


About You
You are driven, determined and a self motivated individual.

You will be working independently with demonstrable sales skills, a tenacious attitude towards sales as well as the experience of communicating at all levels.

The job role will require you to:

• Make outbound phone-calls to cold/warm leads
• Arrange and manage appointments
• Quote up work and manage individual deals through from inception to delivery
• Look at opportunities to build new products and service offerings into your customer base

Experience Required

• A proven history of exceeding sales targets
• A proven history of building a pipeline from outbound calls and business development activity
• Proven experience and history of engaging with key stakeholders across a variety of organisations
• A proven history of generating own leads from outbound telesales activity
• Ideally an Engineering / Industrial supply / Industrial product background with proven field sales experience

Summary of Role:

The role is outward facing and reliant on your business development skills in building and creating business opportunities.

You will create opportunities from leads that you develop from warm/cold calls and by exploring and expanding any current relationships with our customer base.

You will be a strong ambassador to Howard Lee.


Salary:
£25,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
