Programme Manager - Insurance experience required - Platform Implementation

Outside IR35

Our client, a leader in the reinsurance industry, are recruiting for a Programme Manager with insurance experience to join them on a large scale platform implementation / change programme. _

Role:

Experience as a platform implementation and change focused Programme Manager
Demonstrable Clevel governance and commercial management
Significant experience as a handson Project Manager to show demonstrable understanding of delivery processes
Experience in a handson role in part to coach and develop the wider team on best practice
Demonstrable experience of leading across mixed stakeholder groups communicating between nontechnical and technical people
Experience of mixed lifecycle projects and the ability to develop to agile practices
Demonstrable experience of building & leading a programme community based on collaboration between internal business stakeholders and multiple vendors
Experience demonstrating ability to manage across parallel implementation projects and dependent workstreams controlling scope, schedule and cost

Experience:

Programme Management of large scale systems implementations within insurance industry
Programme Governance and delivery Frameworks that support management across multiple related projects and workstreams
Programme & Project Manager skills, with either MSP, PRINCE2 Practitioner or PMP
Delivery and tailoring of customised and configured large scale packaged products such as Salesforce
Delivery of bespoke or custom integrated solution to enable implementation of endtoend business solutions e.g. data enrichment services, compliance tools and finance systems
Programme planning tools and techniques across scope, schedule and resources
Identification and management of programme assumptions, dependencies, risks and issues
Support & coach the programme team across a globally & culturally diverse community
Vendor management across a globally & culturally diverse community
