  • We are currently looking for a Data Compliance Officer to join our friendly team based at our Head Office in Knottingley, West Yorkshire, on a full time, temporary basis.
  • As the Data Compliance Officer, you will ensure the Trust is fully compliant with data protection requirements by managing, responding and recording Freedom of Information (FOI), Subject Access Requests (SAR) and data breaches.
You will review data sharing and data processing agreements for compliance with GDPR requirements and maintain the Trust register of processing activities and support academies in maintaining and updating their registers of processing activities. This role reports into the Chief Compliance Officer (CCO).
