Description
We are looking for 1 band 3 Higher MLAs to join our team. The role is full time 37.5 hours per week. The person who joins our team will be enthusiastic, dynamic and have a positive outlook. You will supervise and directly contribute to the training of Medical Laboratory Assistants.

When required you will perform audits, raise error logs, perform appraisals and help update other aspects of the quality management system.

Previous experience in the Pre-Analytical Area would be advantageous but is not essential.
