The Role:

As an A-Level Chemistry Tutor at EmPowered STEM, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the minds and futures of aspiring young scientists.

This position offers the opportunity to not just teach but to mentor students through one of the most crucial stages of their academic journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging, comprehensive lessons in A-Level Chemistry to small groups of motivated students.
• Develop and implement innovative teaching strategies to enhance students' learning experiences.
• Provide personalized feedback and support to students, helping them grasp complex concepts and excel academically.
• Collaborate with a team of dedicated educators and contribute to curriculum development and improvement.
• Participate in professional development opportunities to further your expertise and contribute to the educational community.

What We're Looking For:

• A deep passion for Chemistry and education, with a bachelor's degree in Chemistry or a related field (master's degree or PhD preferred).
• Proven experience in teaching A-Level Chemistry, with a strong understanding of the curriculum and examination standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate students.
• A commitment to professional growth and a desire to contribute to a collaborative educational environment.
• Flexibility to adapt to innovative teaching methodologies and technology.
