Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned data leader to shape and deliver a high-impact data strategy, driving enterprise-wide change and enabling self-service culture.

The ideal candidate will possess strong people and stakeholder skills, with demonstrated experience in leading multidisciplinary data teams and influencing business units. They should have a collaborative mindset, with the ability to bring clarity, structure, and momentum to a growing team.

Main Responsibilities:

Lead core data functions: Engineering, BI, Analytics, Science and Data Governance
Influence a federated data operating model and drive enterprise-wide data literacy
Champion self-service and agile ways of working
Shape and embed data capabilities across business units
Lead 4 direct reports and influence approximately 40 data professionals

About the Role:

This is a business-focused position requiring strategic thinking and leadership skills
The role involves shaping and delivering a high-impact data strategy, driving enterprise-wide change
Familiarity with modern data platforms such as Databricks and Power BI is an advantage
