Apprenticeship programme


During this Level 3 Business Administration programme, we will help you to develop your practical skills and knowledge required for you to succeed in this role as well as your future career.

Throughout the 2- month programme, you will continue to developyour behaviours such as team working, problem-solving and customer focus. Veolia as a business is not only interested in what you accomplish, but the manner you do it.


As well as gaining a broad range of technical and professional knowledge and experience, you'll also gain academic and vocational qualifications such as a Technical (Knowledge) Certificate in Business Administration and an NVQ (Competency).


What will you be doing?

  • Completing administration tasks such as taking waste bookings, and producing invoices and associated paperwork.
  • Creating and maintaining spreadsheets, documents and presentations.
  • Completing Sales and Purchase Ledger Operations.
  • Completing weighbridge duties.
  • Taking notes from and preparing paperwork for meetings.
  • General filing duties.
  • Uploading payroll data.
  • Assisting the senior administrator with the preparation of monthly reports and the recording of internal KPI data.
  • Advising on waste streams and checking duty of care paperwork

What are we looking for?

  • A minimum of 4 GCSEs Grade 4 (C or equivalent) or above/predicted to include Maths & English
  • IT literate
  • Strong communication skills
  • Good planning and organisational skills
  • Experience within the waste management industry would be advantageous
