Tremendous opportunity for a Construction Solicitor with at least 8 Years' PQE to join this niche commercial Top 100 practice and have the opportunity to work on an entirely remote basis.

The department is small by headcount but has a continuous stream of work so no following is needed for this role.

The main duties of this position will be to focus on dealing with quality work that is in place and to ensure the client gets the best servicepossible.

There will be scope to grow the team and be a Lead Lawyer & Head of Department, should you want to take on that mantle and responsibility.

You will be expected to deal with both non-contentious & contentious matters as part of a varied caseload consisting of challenging, technically complex and high-quality matters, acting for a prestigious client list which comprises of both private and publicsector clients.

The team acts across a broad portfolio of sectors including infrastructure and energy (nuclear, renewables, conventional and oil and gas), property, waste, education, transport retail and those in the health sector.
