Resourcer/Administrator - Doncaster - Hybrid working - Up to £28k basic plus commission and great benefits package
We are a busy team and sometimes there are not enough hours in the day to get everything done. As salespeople, our admin sometimes falls behind and this is where you will come in.
We need support and we are hoping, to find someone with recruitment experience to come and look after us.
We are a close-knit team who support each other, but as the business has grown, we have found ourselves stretched far too thinly on too many occasions.
So2024 will be the year that we find the perfect Resourcer/Administrator to take the weight off our shoulders and join our "Dream Team".

What your typical day will look like:
- Creating and managing job advertising through job boards/Linked In
- Responding to inbound telephone calls/enquiries
- Take ownership of the CRM system and ensure that all data is correctly logged and up to date
- Ensure that website vacancy page is up to date
Who/what are we looking for?
- Previous commercial recruitment agency experience, preferably as a Consultant or Resourcer
- Strong admin/Microsoft Office skills
- Great communicator strong spoken and written communication skills
- Previous experience using a CRM
- Previous Linked In experience (ideal)
- A creative, ideas person who loves to contribute
- Happy to "muck in" wherever needed
