Description

To provide a portering service to all wards & departments. To escort and convey patients by wheelchair, bed or trolley.

To transfer various specimens or bloods to the pathology department To collect prescriptions and drug books from theatre departments and deliver them to the Pharmacy department.

To distribute and change medical gas cylinders as requested.

To assist at cardiac arrests To transport records, X-rays, furniture, equipment and materials To report any suspicious incidents and assist where necessary.

When required, assist with low level security requests Work within theatre department
