Client Accountant


Our client is a dynamic firm of Accountants and due to their continued growth, they now seek a qualified ACA or ACCA accountant to join their growing team.

Reporting directly to the Partners of the firm, you will work with lots of autonomy and will enjoya varied role, covering all accounting and tax aspects.


This is a great environment in which to work, the business owners have grown a great practice and operate flexible working practices, they have a very low turnover of staff as a result of modern and inclusive work practices.

The client base is varied and includes high worth individuals and owner-managed businesses across a wide range of industries.


Key Responsibilities of the Client Accountant

  • To be the primary point of contact for clients
  • Supervision of junior staff including review
  • Preparation of statutory accounting
  • Identifying tax and accounting issues and making recommendations to clients accordingly
  • Providing some advisory services to clients

Requirements:


  • ACCA/ACA Qualified or equivalent with accounting experience in practice
  • Client service focus is at the heart of the business
  • Use of modern technology
  • Statutory Accounts preparation
  • Mixed tax experience (to include personal, partnerships and corporate tax)
The client is based in Coulsdon and is commutable from Croydon, Purley, Redhill and surrounding areas.
