This role works in our Policy Servicing Team and is responsible for providing support to underwriting and agents/brokers through the processing of policy transactions.

You will also be a transactional expert on various transactions including initial rates, endorsements and booking and issuance of policies.

Key responsibilities:

Enter data into Chubb systems in a timely & accurate manner.
Processing of policy renewals across various insurance lines
Prepare policy documentation in a timely and accurate manner.
Interface with underwriters (and agents as appropriate) primarily through written communication channels

Qualifications:

Required skills & Experience:

Excellent written and spoken English.
High level of attention to detail
Experience within a Processing role is preferred, particularly experience of following written instructions, data entry and document/report drafting.
Previous Commercial Insurance experience is preferred but not essential
Data entry background
