Management Trainee

Responsibilities:

Assist in managing daily operations of the business
Learn and understand all aspects of the business to effectively contribute to its success
Assist in developing and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction and increase revenue
Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service
Assist in training and supervising staff members to ensure highquality service delivery

Skills:

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and staff members effectively
Detailoriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Ability to work under pressure in a fastpaced environment
Problemsolving skills to address issues that may arise during operations

Salary:
£24,346.00-£25,747.00 per year
