Location:
outskirts of Bottisham - you will need to drive due to the location


Salary:
circa £30,000 per annum


Hours:
Monday - Friday 9am - 5:30pm

Duties will include:


  • Managing the office mailbox
  • Answering telephone calls and taking accurate messages
  • Supporting the Directors with the management of the business
  • Typing of letters, correspondence, and reports
  • General HR duties
  • Basic accounting duties including invoices and chasing for payments
  • First point of contact to visitors in the office
  • Ordering stationery
  • Ordering kitchen supplies
  • Arranging general office maintenance

Skills and Experience Required:


  • Proficient IT skills along with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) and the ability to adapt to new systems
  • Excellent administration and organisation skills
  • Strong communication and listening skills
  • Ability to prioritise workload and meet tight deadlines
  • Demonstrate a high level of discretion and confidentiality
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to work on own as well as part of a team
  • Willingness to develop an understanding of how the business operates
