About the role:

We are seeking a highly motivated Executive Personal Assistant to provide exceptional support and assistance to our CEO.

This is an opportunity that provides hands-on experience in a personal assistant role to the executive level primarily based in Notting Hill, some travel may be required.


Responsibilities:


  • Be available around the clock to assist the CEO with any request they may have and help in handling any emergency situations as they arise.
  • Help with running personal errands, such as picking up personal items and making other purchases.
  • Assist in handling various requests such as running errands, organizing travel plans, packing, arranging appointments, etc.
  • Coordinating with other staff members to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Ensuring that the CEO's personal belongings are wellmaintained and cared for, from clothing to electronics and other items.
  • Ensure that all tasks are completed to a high standard of quality and within the required timeframe.
  • Willing to travel with little notice.

Qualifications:


  • You have a background in the military, are an expro athlete, or have worked as an aide for high profile professionals
  • You're a self starter and love to work autonomously. You're able to identify gaps and streamline processes with little or no guidance from others. You use your initiative and excellent judgment to make decisions in an ambiguous environment.
  • You're able to juggle multiple responsibilities with unwavering attention to detail at all times.
  • You match your communication style to the specifics of the situation, and audience.
  • You're a creative problem solver. We're not a 'one size fits all' kind of company and we're not looking for off the shelf solutions. You think on your feet and find solutions to problems that are anything but clearcut.
  • Valid passport and ability to travel.
  • Bonus if you have a passion for technology, AI, and/or gaming.
