I am excited to be working exclusively with our client based in York, who are looking for a temporary Purchase Ledger Clerk to join them during a busy period.

The role is to start in the New Year, so you must be available to start at short notice.
You must have experience in a purchase ledger, sales ledger role, or similar, to be considered. Additionally, if you have worked in a public sector or educational setting this would be a bonus.

General duties include:

  • Supporting the finance team with ad hoc duties
  • Reporting to the Finance Director
  • Accurately approving and allocating invoices in a timely manner
  • Maintaining ledgers
  • Processing payments
