We are currently recruiting for a Compliance Officer to work on a full-time basis within a hybrid role based in Milton Keynes.
Below is a brief overview of the role and requirements.
- Reviewing and designing compliance and audit processes
- Performing audits and compliance checks on all suppliers
- Managing audit and compliance failures
- Supporting suppliers with guidance, advice and training on compliance requirements
- Performing risk assessments to identify, understand and minimise any areas of risk
- Maintain and develop knowledge of the laws and regulations that govern recruitment
- Reviewing and developing policies
- Creation of regular reports on compliance, both internally and to customers and suppliers
You will have:
- Experience in designing and managing audits and compliance processes
- Recruitment
- Excellent attention to details
- Have a good eye for details
- Confident in communicating at all levels
- Able to work independently
- Processdriven
