Job Role & Purpose:
You will process and arrange the shipment of all orders and deal with any related documentation process and follow up queries.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Process sales/sample orders onto the SAP system
- Prepare proforma invoices as required.
- Confirm Pricing and Products with Customers prior to shipment.
- Release samples and sample order for picking an packing to the UK warehouse and give instructions as needed
- Liaise with other departments regarding stock management
- Book orders for despatch/collection with freight forwarder
- Ensure orders are despatched in line with customer date requirements
- Raise the relevant documentation to accompany the shipment and distribute to the relevant parties
Your keys to success in your new challenge:
- Good telephone manner
- Good computer literacy
- Excellent attention to detail and enthusiastic work ethic
- Strong organisational and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of SAP would be desirable
Salary:
£23,000 increasing to £25,500 on successful completion of probation period
