We have an exciting opportunity for a Band 7 Cystic Fibrosis Dietitian to join the Adult Cystic Fibrosis service at University Hospital Southampton NHS Foundation Trust.
The CF dietetic team are based within the Wessex Adult Cystic Fibrosis service, close to the outpatient clinic rooms and ward.
This allows us to work closely with a friendly and highly specialist team of doctors, nurses, physiotherapists, pharmacists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals.
The service cares for 350 adults with cystic fibrosis covering Hampshire, Somerset, Wiltshire, Dorset, Sussex, Isle of Wight, Channel Islands.

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated HCPC registered dietitian to work alongside a team of 3 other specialist CF Dietitians.
This role provides an opportunity to gain experience in a diverse range of CF related conditions such as pancreatic insufficiency, gastrointestinal conditions, CF diabetes, and CF bone disease.
Knowledge and experience of working in CF would be an advantage but training will also be available.
Previous clinical experience in nutritional support, pancreatic disease, respiratory or diabetes are highly desirable and this post would suit someone who has previously worked at a band 6 or 7 level in these specialities and is looking for a new challenge.
The post holder must be able to demonstrate effective communication, be flexible in their approach and have an insight into the challenges of managing adults with a complex chronic disease.
