Description

We are partnering with a leading specialist within the electronic wiring, subassembly and panel wiring environment, who are currently looking for a new Buyer who ideally has Manufacturing experience.

The role involves collaborating with colleagues to understand demands and stock management for availability. Manage MRP to identify trends and review performance to improve the business.

You will need to communicate and negotiate at all levels and build relationships with suppliers and customers in the UK and Internationally.

Key Responsibilities:

Day to Day Buying
Running MRP Program
Cost Management
Creating New BOM's and maintaining existing BOM's
Overseeing Stores stocks levels
Customer forecasting
Dealing with Suppliers and Customers
Entering Sales Orders onto System

Extra Info:

Hours are 8.00am pm Monday to Thursday, and 8.00am-13.30pm on Friday.
