As a Recruitment Delivery Consultant, you'll be joining one of our expert teams to develop and grow your knowledge of your own niche market - giving you the best starting point to excel in your career.

Once trained, you'll take ownership of the end-to-endrecruitment process. Including finding talent through various sourcing methods, telephone screening, interview booking, all the way through to job offers.

Responsibilities:

Identify with client expectations, analyse job descriptions, and provide well matched talent.
Deliver the highest level of quality and customer satisfaction.

Skills & Competencies:

Excellent communication skills
Proactive and driven
Ability to perform under pressure
Displays initiative
Competent use of Microsoft
Customer service or Sales experience
