We have an exciting opportunity for an Information Assistant to join our Workforce team at Law House.

The Information Assistant will play a key role in the maintenance, extraction and presentation of timely workforce information from a range of complex NHSL workforce information systems while adhering to NSHL and Workforce Information team standards for data quality and security at all times.

The following knowledge, training and/or experience is required for the job:

Ability to demonstrate advanced skills in excel package
Ability to demonstrate applied mathematical and analytical skills
Experience of Microsoft office packages specifically MS Excel
Knowledge of Information systems e.g. business objects, SWISS, eESS etc
Able to work enthusiastically and constructively as part of a team
Demonstrate good organisational, listening and communication skills and be able to resolve conflicting priorities
Demonstrate a commitment to personal development
