We have an exciting opportunity for an Information Assistant to join our Workforce team at Law House.
The Information Assistant will play a key role in the maintenance, extraction and presentation of timely workforce information from a range of complex NHSL workforce information systems while adhering to NSHL and Workforce Information team standards for data quality and security at all times.
- Ability to demonstrate advanced skills in excel package
- Ability to demonstrate applied mathematical and analytical skills
- Experience of Microsoft office packages specifically MS Excel
- Knowledge of Information systems e.g. business objects, SWISS, eESS etc
- Able to work enthusiastically and constructively as part of a team
- Demonstrate good organisational, listening and communication skills and be able to resolve conflicting priorities
- Demonstrate a commitment to personal development
- Care experienced applicants are people who live/have lived with foster parents/kinship carers or who live/have lived in a residential children's setting/secure unit.'
