We are currently recruiting for a qualified teacher to work 1:1 with a year 8 pupil with SEN for tuition face-to-face.

The pupil has a diagnosis of ASC and ADHD. He has a disorder in line with his diagnoses of autistic spectrum disorder and general developmental delay. He has delays in both expressive and receptive language. This impacts upon his ability to understand and engage in communicative interactions with others.


Requirements:


  • Background teaching LAC and/or SEN children, English, Maths, Functional skills and/or Science ranging from KS
  • KS4
  • Happy to travel to pupils
  • QTS status (or equivalent)
  • Two years of teaching in a UK school
  • Current Enhanced DBS

Schedule:

  • 10 hours a week 2 hours a day

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Reliable commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:


  • Bachelor's (preferred)

Experience:


  • Teaching: 2 years (preferred)
  • Tutoring: 1 year (preferred)

In person


Salary:
£28.00-£35.00 per hour
