About the role

Finance plays a huge part in 2 Sisters and our Graduate Scheme offers you the opportunity to understand the scale and complexity around finance for one of the UK's largest food manufacturers.

You will be given real projects and be empowered to make real decisions by rolling your sleeves up and getting stuck into life at 2 Sisters.

You will have a number of placements across the scheme, enabling you to gain experience across a broad spectrum of Finance.

These areas include Commercial Finance, Operations Finance, Financial Accounting & Reporting, Financial Planning & Analysis, Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.

You will have exposure to people at all different levels and learn from some of the best in the industry.

We will support you right from the start as well as giving you a structured development plan.

You will also be partnered with a mentor and a coach who will be with you every step of the way.

We expect our Graduates to relocate to any of our sites throughout the UK during their 3 years on the programme so you will need to be flexible and be willing to do this.
