Are you an experienced IT Support Technician looking for a company that support and look after their employees? Do you like the sound of being part of a business that will change the medical world? Our Cambridge based client is looking for an IT SupportTechnician to ensure their systems are in good order so they can keep doing their vital medical research.

You'll bring your 1st and 2nd Line experience to get involved in the whole IT function, supporting technical and non-technical colleagues with IT issues through a state of the art ticketing system alongside a team of supportive and knowledgeable IT experts.

You'll get to work on the best systems and always get involved with upgrading the systems to keep our client working with the best, helping you stay at the cutting edge of your sector.

You'll gain experience in networking and security which are both highlysought after skills, learning from one of the best teams in the area so you can improve your career prospects, especially as our client enjoys promoting from within.

Our client does have multiple sites in the South Cambridgeshire area, so you will need to be able to travel easily between the two to get to any persistent IT problems or hardware installations.
