Part Time/Full Time Sales Advisor
Join our vibrant school uniform retail store in Walthamstow, E17, just a stone's throw away from the Victoria Line.

We're on the lookout for a dynamic individual to fill the role of Sales Advisor and play a pivotal part in delivering outstanding customer service, contributing to the store's success.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage proactively with customers, understanding their needs, and providing assistance in selecting the perfect fit school uniforms.
• Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
• Create an organised and visually appealing store atmosphere.
• Know about our products so you can give customers helpful information and suggestions.
• Assist with administration duties

Qualifications and Requirements

• Previous retail experience with a solid grasp of sales principles.
• Proven ability to take initiative, working independently with mínimal guidance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Teamoriented mindset.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational expertise.
• Flexibility to work weekdays and some Saturdays.

Special Requirement

The following commitment is essential—applicants must be available to work throughout our peak periods of July, August, and September and refrain from taking any time off during these months.
