Description

The Data Quality Team is responsible for a wide range of data analysis relating to patient information and performance management, with main focus on Data Quality.

Data quality feeds into all areas of the Trust and under the NHS regime of Payment by Results (PbR) is a key objective for the Trust.

It is also a vital component to ensure performance is measured accurately and feeds into all areas of Information Governance compliance.

We are integral to the Trust's performance management and our specialist knowledge plays an important part in operational decision-making.

You will be required to develop validation reports through the Qlikview system therefore ensuring effective data submission and minimising purchaser challenges through pre cleaning process.

There is also an expectation that you will represent the DQ team & the organisation at meetings and to develop good communication links across all departments of the NHS (i.e hospitals within sector, cancer networks, strategic health authority).

Essentially this is a role with specific focus on excellent analytical and Data Quality skills
