Description
Proguard Exteriors Ltd specialise in external wall insulation and exterior rendering systems, covering all of London, the home counties and Essex.
We are looking for an administration assistant to join our team, experience in the construction industry will be preferred but if not, training can be providedThe role will involve:
- Data entry
- Using CRM systems
- Taking and logging calls
- Uploading documents to share point
- Liaising with contractors and obtaining documents/evidence for jobs
- Liaising with clients and booking in surveys.
Our office is based at The Home Office in Tring, we are looking for someone who can work from the office.
Salary:
£16,276.96-£25,225.70 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Tring: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:
- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (required)
Language:
- English (required)
Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (preferred)
Work Location:
Hybrid remote in Tring
