We are recruiting a Food and Beverage Team Leader at Pine Ridge Golf Club._

Part of the Crown Golf Group, the club is a leading events and golf venue located in Surrey.

Along with its fantastic golf course the Clubhouse is perfectly suited to host private events and is licensed to perform civil wedding ceremonies.

Pine Ridge is a place where you can experience, warm hospitality, an excellent bar and brasserie, the Baronial room with a medieval design perfect and unique for weddings, play 18-hole golf on one of the country's Top 10 golf courses and experience a floodlit 36-bay Toptracer driving range.

This role is a contracted full-time position, working 40 hours per week, flexibility is required, as we are a 7 day a week business and you will be required to work some weekends and evenings.

Overview of Role

To assist the Food and Beverage Manager in the smooth running of the operations at the Club, maintain excellence in service quality, guest relations and provide supervision to junior colleagues.

Experience in bar work and food service is preferred, but attitude and personality are the number one qualification for this role.

Being personable and of an approachable nature is important, you must enjoy being hands on and leading from the front.

Assisting and leading in the day to day running of the Team
To uphold the set quality standard with respect to food, beverage, and customer service.
Delivery of daytoday business, private functions, and events.
Presentation and set up of the Clubhouse for service and special events.
Maintaining an elevated level of cleanliness and hygiene within the premises.
Be an enthusiastic team player and excellent communicator.
