Role Purpose:

To control and issue all dry goods, PPE and other sundry areas to the relevant departments within the site.

Main Responsibilities:

Assist with the intake of deliveries into the Dry Goods stores ensuring all quality standards are achieved and all packaging checks are completed.
Monitor and adjust the warehouse stocks via the online tracking system via stock counts and physical checks.
Picking, checking and issuing of Production requirements for Dry Goods, PPE and other sundry items.
Physical stock takes as requested and comparison vs actual stock.
Unloading of delivery and locating into stores.
Matching PO's to delivery notes and booking onto system.
Visual checking of stock to ensure compliant vs Pre agreed standards.
Working with site Purchasing Manager to ensure any stock shortfalls are communicated.
Report any risks or any evidence of unsafe or out of specification product, equipment, packaging or raw materials, to a designated manager to enable the resolution of issues requiring immediate action
Any other duties as required by management and within the competency of the post holder.

Working Hours:

Monday - Friday

05:4- 15:15

No Weekends

Pay:

£11.92 per hour

Which would equate to approximately £28,000.00 per year.
