Role Purpose:

To control and issue all dry goods, PPE and other sundry areas to the relevant departments within the site.


Main Responsibilities:


  • Assist with the intake of deliveries into the Dry Goods stores ensuring all quality standards are achieved and all packaging checks are completed.
  • Monitor and adjust the warehouse stocks via the online tracking system via stock counts and physical checks.
  • Picking, checking and issuing of Production requirements for Dry Goods, PPE and other sundry items.
  • Physical stock takes as requested and comparison vs actual stock.
  • Unloading of delivery and locating into stores.
  • Matching PO's to delivery notes and booking onto system.
  • Visual checking of stock to ensure compliant vs Pre agreed standards.
  • Working with site Purchasing Manager to ensure any stock shortfalls are communicated.
  • Report any risks or any evidence of unsafe or out of specification product, equipment, packaging or raw materials, to a designated manager to enable the resolution of issues requiring immediate action
  • Any other duties as required by management and within the competency of the post holder.

Working Hours:

Monday - Friday

05:4- 15:15

No Weekends


Pay:

£11.92 per hour

Which would equate to approximately £28,000.00 per year.
