The Client Services Executivewill support the assigned Account Management team and a portfolio of clients.

This role will be responsible for supporting this team throughout the event sales process from project inception through to event delivery.

Liaise with a client's stakeholder to discuss new projects and prepare initial follow ups including proposals and initial budget guidance.
Supporting Senior Account Lead / Account Lead in the development & implementation of client retention strategy.
Support with the Marketing Strategy ranging from client case studies to social media campaigns.
Supporting the preparation and timely delivery of stakeholder proposals
Supporting the team on client business reviews through collation of feedback and additional Account data that will support the reviews.
Work collaboratively with Peers and all teams to ensure effective delivery of all client projects, including travelling on site as required.

We are keen to speak with dynamic individuals, who have strong administration skills, looking to move into a creative role within events.

- £25,000 - £28,000
