Customer Service Coordinator

Salary DOE

Monday to Friday

37.5 hours per week


Main duties and responsibilities:

  • Process all orders received promptly with attention to any special instructions, deals or promotions.
  • Ensure that all orders transmitted by Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) have been thoroughly examined
  • Directly liaise with customers as required to establish, maintain, and develop positive working relationships
  • Process all outstanding debits/credits.
  • Respond to customer queries and provide a satisfactory conclusion for both the customer and company.
  • Liaise with hauliers to organise or rearrange delivery of customer orders, investigate complaints or other haulier related matters.
  • Ensure that all paperwork is up to date, filed and documented in accordance with current working practice.
  • To maintain and deliver a competent level of cover for the reception desk as required
  • General Administrative duties as required
