Description

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition lead, to manage a small team in a wealth management organisation.

You must have previous experience hiring investment managers and financial planners to assist in the long term growth plans of the business.

You will be involved in the strategic planning for the future business, managing stakeholder relationships, gaining trust and successful pulling in the best talent in the market.

The main duties are:

Lead the wealth management division in Talent acquisition
Responsible for your own 360 recruitment processes, presenting shortlists, and interviewing when required
A focus in the growth of the investment managers and financial planning teams
Create and management recruitment strategies
Employer branding and marketing
Leading in the D&I strategy for the business and providing data on this for the wider business

This is a permanent post and you will need to be in the office 2-3 days per week in London with occasional travel to another office in the South.

£70-80,000 PA
