Description

Surrey Heartlands ICB are looking to recruit a Primary Care Project Implementer to join the Surrey Heartlands Primary Care Team in supporting GP practices across the ICB to deliver their services.

This role would involve visiting practices, primarily across Guildford and Waverley, to support the use of their IT systems as well as assisting them with new projects as they are introduced and would involve driving across the region.

This role will occasionally be required to support practices across the other parts of the ICB.


A knowledge of EMIS or SystmOne clinical systems would be useful but not essential as full training will be given.

We would expect this role to develop and incorporate other projects across the Surrey Heartlands in the future.
