Category Buyer

Our Business
We are the preferred partner to the manufacturing sector for Environmentally sustainable packaging customization, systems and stock management.


Position
This is an exciting new role within the Purchasing Department. You will be assisting the Senior Buyer in a busy office environment.


Main Activities
Buying - Optimising stock levels, usage, buying and replenishment.

Products - Working with the team to set up and update product records

Suppliers - Negotiating and working with our supply partners to secure best outcomes.

Team Support - Supporting the purchasing team with many varied tasks to ensure deadlines are met.


Experience we are looking for
You will have business negotiation skills and sharp commercial acumen with experience in Microsoft Office programs and ERP system.


Details
Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm is the expected hours of work. The work environment is maintained to a high standard. On-site parking is provided,
and the office is conveniently located within easy access to a variety of shops and conveniences. Salary Range £25 - £30,000.
