Overview:


As a Creative SEN Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting Special Educational Needs (SEN) students in a creative and engaging way.

You will work closely with SEN teachers to provide personalized learning experiences that foster students' academic and social development. Your role will involve developing and implementing creative strategies to help students achieve their learning goals.


Responsibilities:


  • Support SEN students in their academic and social development through creative and engaging activities.
  • Collaborate with SEN teachers to develop and implement personalized learning plans that meet the individual needs of each student.
  • Monitor and record students' progress, and provide regular feedback to SEN teachers and parents.

Qualifications:


  • Experience working with SEN students in a creative and engaging way.
  • Knowledge of various SEN conditions and strategies to support their learning.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with SEN teachers, parents, and other professionals.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
