Your role:


  • Marketing and advertising properties: The property letting agent is responsible for marketing and advertising properties to attract potential tenants.
  • Conducting property viewings: The property letting agent arranges and conducts property viewings for potential tenants. During the viewing, the agent will showcase the property and answer any questions the tenant may have.

  • Maintaining relationships with landlords and tenants: The property letting agent is responsible for maintaining positive relationships with both the landlord and tenant. This involves ensuring that the property is wellmaintained, addressing any tenant concerns or issues, and keeping the landlord informed about the property's status.
  • Managing rental payments: The property letting agent is responsible for collecting rent from tenants and ensuring that payments are made on time.
