Lettings Senior Property Manager - Gloucester - £30k package


My client is an established independent Lettings and Estate Agency based in Gloucester who provide a first class Lettings service across the area.

A rare opportunity has arisen to join their team as a Senior Property Manager where you will be overseeingthe Property Management team and properties managed by the company.


Main Responsibilities to include:


  • Overall responsibility for the management of properties
  • Overall responsibility for management of the company client account
  • Receive and allocate rent & deposit payments using property management software
  • Payment & allocation of deposits to the DPS
  • Credit control of any tenants who have not paid rent or are in arrears
  • Arrange banking for cash payments
  • Prepare landlord statements
  • Pay Landlords
  • Handle account enquiries from landlords, tenants and contractors
  • Pay contractors & issue remittances
  • Issue refunds to applicants where required
  • Checking fees have been raised correctly
  • Reconcile client account on a daily basis
  • Prepare Non-Resident Landlord Income reports for HMRC
  • Manage Petty Cash
  • Management of Property Inspections and Tenant visits
  • Service of relevant Section Notices.
  • Liaising with Landlords and ensuring that customer service issues are dealt with effectively
  • Communicating with Branch managers and other departments within the company
  • Complying with any legal obligations required including health and safety, specific regulations etc.

Essential Skills Required:


  • Experience of working in a lettings /property management or related business is Essential
  • Have knowledge and understanding of property management and lettings operations at a senior level
  • Knowledge of cash handling and accounts systems in a Lettings / Property Management environment
  • Highly confident communicator
  • Strong organisational skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Full UK Licence and car
