Description
The CatchUp Academy is currently working with Nottinghamshire County to help support primary students. All students have SEMH and will be on a 1:1 basis.

We are looking for tutors who can be flexible and do tuition at students home during school hours.


Responsibilities:


  • Provide oneonone tutoring sessions to students in need of academic support
  • Develop personalized lesson plans based on the individual needs and learning styles of each student
  • Assist students in understanding and completing homework assignments
  • Teach study skills and organizational techniques to improve academic performance
  • Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback to parents or guardians
  • Collaborate with teachers and other educational professionals to ensure a cohesive learning experience

Experience:


  • Previous experience tutoring or teaching is preferred
  • Knowledge of special education strategies and techniques is a plus
  • Ability to effectively educate and engage children of various ages and skill levels
  • Strong communication skills to interact with students, parents, and other stakeholders

Job Types:

Contract length: 6 months


Pay:
£22.00-£25.00 per hour
