Residential Paralegal

SALARY:
£25,000 - £28,000

LOCATION:
Stratford

THE ROLE
Our client is a successful law firm with a strong presence in East London.

Established more than 65 years ago, they have an enviable reputation across the area and provide a wide range of legal services to business and individual clients.

With a practicaland commercial approach, they endeavour to exceed clients' expectations across the full spectrum of their expertise. There is also a scope to offer a Training Contract.

Joining their team as a Residential Property paralegal you would be working alongside exceptional solicitors where you would learn and develop your skills in Residential Conveyancing.

There is also a scope to offer a Training Contract.

YOUR DUTIES WILL INCLUDE

Leasehold and freehold sales and purchases.
Liaise with third party lenders and estate agents.
Carrying out searches and precompletion tasks.
Handling registrations.

ABOUT YOU
- familiarity with SDLT returns, lease renewals, deeds of variation, searches, obtaining documentation from HM Land Registry and pre/post-completion matters.

Law degree or equivalent qualification essential, LPC Required (Completed/in progress).
At least 6 months of Residential or Conveyancing Property experience as a Paralegal.
Strong academics.
Precompletion experience in addition to postcompletion.
